What's Included

  • CPGE™ Training Class

    The CPGE™ includes a practical 3-hour class. The curriculum is crafted to provide both businesses and individuals with a comprehensive framework for mastering guest service excellence. Designed by industry veterans, the curriculum covers essential topics that address real-world challenges in guest interaction.

  • Certification Exam

    The certification test consists of 30 multiple-choice questions and can be taken online or at in-person classes. The passing score is 70%; retakes are permitted without a waiting period with a fee, but all attempts must be completed within 90 days.

  • Recognition

    After successfully completing the exam, certificants are provided a digital certificate suitable for printing, a digital badge for use on LinkedIn and other sites, and the CPGE™ designation, which may be displayed in signatures.
