In this class, you will explore etiquette in hospitality. Hospitality is a service business, a people business. How guests are treated, how they are made to feel, is a large part of the product offered. The messaging and the delivery of service is not what this class is about. This class is about how a hospitality professional, needs to present themselves, to ensure that the service delivery is received in the best possible light.
