Class Description

For some hospitality team members, professional goals include being promoted for a job well done and moving up the ladder to supervisor or manager. New leaders need to expand their skills to be able to interact effectively with customers/guests, those they supervise, their peer group, and the managers they report to. When the time comes, getting started on the right foot in the new role is the most difficult, and the most important step. This class will review techniques and tools to help make the transition to leadership a bit smoother and more effective.
