Class Description

Conflict will happen and so will difficult conversations. Difficult conversations in the workplace have serious ramifications. One does not jump in and “have a talk." It is crucial that one enters prepared, knowing what to say, how to say it, the possible discussion topics, rebuttals and a desired outcome. This class will discuss how to prepare for any difficult conversation, show tools to gracefully address a difficult conversation and provide phrases that can be used while managing such a conversation.
